The International School INTERMENU has been established in 1989 by Asen Chaushev. In 2006 acquire an International Academy statute for VIP-restaurant personnel. Lecturers and organizers in the Academy are strengthen professionals with a long-term practice in the Restaurant&Hotel tourism system.
The Academy have a training centres for professional instruction in the whole country. There are 50 000 students passed through their schools and many of them already received a valuable professional realization in Bulgaria and abroad.
The originator of the Academy-Mr.Asen Chaushev (associate professor) is both teacher and vice-president of the College of Tourism in Bansko town. The same is a founder of the Trade Cooks Syndicate in Bulgaria and until now is his unflinching chairman.
